Service Description
We understand the challenges, responsibilities, and myriad emotions that come with parenthood. Whether it’s endless chores, sleepless nights, or pressure to be the perfect parent, the journey can often feel overwhelming. This specialized Toddler and Me class is designed as a sanctuary for you to breathe, rejuvenate, and rediscover balance. Bring your toddler along and nurture yourself at the same time! This is an adult class for parents and caregivers, and children are welcome to play, sleep, or join in the yoga! We'll engage your little one, sing at the end, and give and receive snuggles! Please don't forget to bring your child's favorite books, toys (no plastic or electronic toys), soft snuggling friend and blanket so they can feel comfortable.
