Delivery Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the utmost convenience when it comes to deliveries. To ensure that you can enjoy our delicious cottage boxes without hassle, we offer doorstep delivery within 25 miles of Tujunga (91042).

 

Our deliveries are made on Friday's so that you can plan your meals accordingly. For doorstep delivery, we charge a nominal fee of $7.00 to cover the costs of gas and labor. Rest assured that we take great care in packaging your orders and ensuring that they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition.

 

We also offer free pick-up from our front porch, available on Friday's. Please submit your order at least 3 days in advance.

 

While our current delivery services are limited to specific areas, we are constantly looking to expand our reach as demand grows. In fact, we are more than happy to work with you to arrange for drop-off locations in your area if a minimum of 5 families sign up for our delicious cottage boxes or a minimum amount based on location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality and delicious cottage boxes. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to return or exchange your order. Therefore, we have designed a return and exchange policy to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to understand the issue and determine the best solution for your particular situation.

 

We offer a full refund for orders that have been damaged during delivery or if the contents are spoiled or expired. Please provide us with clear pictures of the damage, and we will promptly process your refund.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns for cottage boxes that have already been opened or consumed. However, we encourage you to contact us if you are not satisfied with the taste or quality of our products. We take customer feedback seriously and constantly strive to improve our offerings.

 

We also offer an exchange option for customers who received the wrong order or are experiencing a health-related issue with our products. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable replacement.
